issue- client reported a discrepancy in the leave balance of one employee rca- the discrepancy is because the employee was switched over from a hire-date based leave type to a calendar leave type resolution- audited the leave requests and entitlements from the backend to reconstruct the employee's leave breakdown manually. after which the client was informed the of the correct leave balance for the employee and how to correct it.
